Growing Daily specialises in providing assistance with day-to-day living in your home and in the community.
We believe it is important to have a holistic approach to disability care and to combine lifestyle support alongside our work towards NDIS goals.
Assisting participants with meeting basic needs and connecting them with community resources to enhance quality of life is part of our commitment to providing all-around care.
Our team is currently working throughout the Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan, and Brisbane.
We can support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants over 18 years old with:

Growing Daily acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout the South East Queensland region. How we can help….
Daily living skills
Our team works closely with each individual to create a personalised support plan that caters to their needs, abilities and goals.
Building confidence and encouraging independence in every day tasks, allows our participants to live their lives with more choice and control.
Household tasks
We understand there are specific needs in your home and tailor our assistance to your routines and environment.
Household tasks may include – general tidying, laundry, cooking, shopping & light gardening.
Personal care
Our staff are able to support a wide range of personal care activities including –
assistance with bathing and grooming, dressing, personal hygiene support & medication reminders.
We encourage independence, skill building and privacy in these areas.
Community participation
We understand the value of community participation.
We encourage our participants to engage with their chosen communities as often as possible and are able to support our participants with building confidence and skills they need to interact with others for a positive outcome.
Travel and transport
Whether it’s a routine trip to work and study or spontaneous social outing, our team are able to assist with getting you there!
We are fully licenced and insured with roadworthy and reliable vehicles.
Assistance with daily life
At Growing Daily, our team have identified a wide range of community supports that we encourage our participants to engage with when gaps are identified in day-to-day life.
Ensuring our participant’s have basic needs met is highly important to us and is integrated with our supports.
Our Founder’s Story
Hi my name is Jodi and I am the Founder of Growing Daily I grew up in a close-knit suburb in New Zealand, where community was everything. With both of my parents as teachers, I learned early on that our communities consist of a wide range of people with varying needs but most importantly, everyone deserves to be included, cared for, and treated with kindness.
When I entered the world of support work, I thrived on the connections I made with the people I supported. Celebrating what success looked like to them and creating a consistent, safe space for them to rest, learn and re-gather along their journey. Like many of us, I was exposed to instances where people had received less than acceptable treatment by people and organizations that exist to support them. Often leaving them un-acknowledged, provided with sub-par care, treated as a number or worse – this is why I founded Growing Daily: to bring real human connection back into care and ensure everyone we support is seen and
valued.
Beyond my day-to-day work, I also launched a Community Support Initiative. It’s our way of giving back even more – through charitable donations, sponsorships, and providing extra help to those in need. For us, it’s not just about the services we’re funded for – it’s about making a lasting difference in the lives of people in our community.
Growing Daily was built from the heart, with the belief that everyone deserves dignity, belonging and support – and I’m so proud that I have created a service that brings this to life every day.
One of the most meaningful parts of this journey is hearing from those we’ve helped. They tell us how much it means to have someone who genuinely cares, and that we’ve changed their lives by offering more than just a service – we offer a sense of belonging with a team who sees them for who they are. It’s not always easy. Many people come to us after difficult experiences, but seeing them rebuild trust, feel safe and know they matter is incredibly rewarding.

Community Support Initiative
Making a Meaningful Impact Together
At Growing Daily, our commitment to supporting our community extends beyond our everyday services. That’s why we created the Community Support Initiative, a give-back program dedicated to identifying extra ways we can support people with disabilities and other circumstances of life, even if they’re not directly affiliated with our services.
Through this initiative, we look for opportunities to donate funds, provide essential items, and lend a helping hand through volunteering at local events. To date, we have supported organizations such as:
